This tutor is truly recommended. High skilled and professional. She is able to customize the teaching lesson based on your need, request and whish even in a short term. For the beginner people, she has a plenty of knowledge in English as well, which is a huge advantage in terms of explanations. For the shyest, as myself this tutor will make you fell comfortable in order to break down “the barrier of starting to talk”. She forces himself to understand your speaking, reading and listen skills which under my opinion is vey important. Due to the well prepared lessons, she teaches me the Portuguese in pleasant way, which is something to not underestimate. As everybody knows, getting to know a new language can be boring and difficult at the beginning which with this tutor will never be. Just try and you won’t be disappointed!

I've been working with Nathanny for several months now, and I've observed noticeable improvements in the fluidity and ease of my Portuguese conversation skills. She makes every session fun and highly valuable, and customizes them based of my goals and interests. She meets students where they are with the language, and always gently corrects my mistakes with clear explanations of why something should be stated a certain way, or why a certain grammatical rule exists/doesn't apply. Most important, she makes the classes practical and based on how the language is actually spoken vs. how it is taught from a textbook. We've had full classes of conversation, classes focused on tricky grammar of confusing verbs, and classes centered around Brazilian idioms and "jirias". It's been such a wonderful experience continuing my learning journey with Nathanny, and has made me feel extremely equipped to hold complex conversations with my friends and family when I visit Rio. Nathanny is the best!
